Kelpfox isn’t open yet. This policy covers this website and its waitlist. We’ll publish the policy for the app itself before it opens.
What we process and why

Signing up takes two steps: you enter your address, then confirm it from the email we send. Until you confirm, you aren’t on the list. Giving us your address is voluntary, but without it we can’t tell you when Kelpfox opens. We make no automated decisions about you.
Cookies and statistics
The website sets no cookies. Your choice of light or dark theme stays in your browser. If we count visits, we use cookie-free, aggregated statistics from Plausible Analytics, a company in the EU.
Who receives it
The companies that host our website and our email, under a data processing agreement, all in the EU. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising, and we don’t use it to train AI models.
We keep and process the waitlist in the EU and don’t transfer it outside.
How long we keep it
- Addresses that aren’t confirmed: deleted 7 days after our last email to them.
- Confirmed addresses: until you leave the list, and at the latest 12 months after Kelpfox opens.
- Technical logs: deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, which doesn’t affect what we did before. Use the link in any email we send you after you confirm, or write to the address above: leaving the list deletes your address.
You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can complain to a supervisory authority, in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
